Chinese New Year on February 7th is fast approaching and in observance, all classes on Monday, February 8th are canceled. Classes will resume on Tuesday, February 9th.

Holiday Schedule

In observance of the holiday season, O-Mei Wushu USA will be closed Thursday, December 24 through Monday, December 28. Classes will resume Tuesday, December 29. We will then be closed on New Years Eve (December 31) and New Years Day (January 1). Classes will resume on Saturday, January 2. Please refer to our website calendar.

Holiday/New Years Potluck

Come join us for some good food and company! Bring a tasty dish to share with your Wushu brothers and sisters. There is a sign up sheet at the school. Sign up with your name, how many people you’ll be bringing, and the dish so we can better prepare. Sifu has one rule: NO SOUPS.

In observance of Chinese New Year on February 19th, O-Mei Wushu will be closed all of Wednesday, February 18th. Classes will resume on Thursday, February 19th.
2015 is the year of the goat. In Chinese astrology Goats are described as loving-peace and “kind” and “popular”. The Chinese say “Gong xi fa cai”, which means “Happiness and Prosperity”. Wishing everyone happiness and prosperity with this new lunar year!
