Chinese New Year on February 7th is fast approaching and in observance, all classes on Monday, February 8th are canceled. Classes will resume on Tuesday, February 9th.

Tai Chi classes on Monday and Wednesday night at 7:45 PM are canceled until further notice.

No classes on Saturday, January 23rd. Instead, we’ll be feasting! If you haven’t signed up, please do so on the sign up sheet at O-Mei Wushu USA. O-Mei Wushu USA will open at 12:30 PM and the feasting will start at 1:00 PM. Our very own April Montallana will be providing some live music for our listening pleasure. Hope to see you there!
In observance of the holiday season, O-Mei Wushu USA will be closed Thursday, December 24 through Monday, December 28. Classes will resume Tuesday, December 29. We will then be closed on New Years Eve (December 31) and New Years Day (January 1). Classes will resume on Saturday, January 2. Please refer to our website calendar.

Come join us for some good food and company! Bring a tasty dish to share with your Wushu brothers and sisters. There is a sign up sheet at the school. Sign up with your name, how many people you’ll be bringing, and the dish so we can better prepare. Sifu has one rule: NO SOUPS.
Put your training to the test! See if you have what it takes to advance to the next level. If Sifu Luo Li deems you eligible to test, he will hand you a test coupon.
Achieving the next belt shows a commitment to improving yourself and your skills in the martial arts. You will be required to display now only what you have learned, but that you have made an effort to perfect it. Good luck to all who test!
This means there will be no 5:55PM class on Friday.

The results of this year’s ICMAC tournament are finally up! We had 9 students compete and they all represented our school very well! Everyone came back with at least one medal! Our students really put forth extra effort into preparing for this tournament and it really showed. We hope more will be interested to compete next year!

Sifu has canceled ALL classes Saturday, July 4th. Classes will resume as normal on Monday, July 6th. Have a great 4th of July!
There will be a special class this Friday, July 3rd at 6:00 PM for those competing in the upcoming ICMAC tournament. At this class, we will cover tournament rules, etiquette, and protocols as well as fine tune our competition forms! It is highly recommended so you know what to expect come July 11th!

The pre-registration deadline for the 17th Annual International Chinese Martial Arts Championship is June 11, 2015. Beat the deadline and save $20.00 off of the tournament registration fee. Click here for the registration page. They also have online registration available!
